They look like happy plants! What is inside each one of their little pots? I recognize the grow media around the plants, but not what’s inside the little pots. Thanks!
Wow! They’ve really grown in the last week! Read your posts and see that you’re using sponges to hold the seeds in order to sprout. Do you think it works better than just putting them in the grow media? I see that there were seedlings both in and out of the pots and wondered. I will be trying my hand at my first aquaponics system on a smaller scale in April. 🙂 Might want to use this sponge system you have….
I start with sponge to avoid “running” of the seed to other or a deeper location. Seem like you can directly put in the grow bed with a bigger seed type.
There is new seeding around the pot in and out that i put last week.
Tomorrow or the next day will harvest the “white vegetable”.

There are Pak Choy “White vegetable”, Basil, Kai Lan “Chinsese broccoli”, Chilli and okra plant
